Mariëlle Fledderus

Mariëlle is an Associate Leadership Consultant across all practices within Odgers Berndtson.

Genuinely interested in and driven by those topics that are of importance to people, organisations and society overall. Motivated to truly understand an individual in order to help them reach their full potential and that of the organisation. By being open and challenging at the same time. That characterises Mariëlle.

In her role she carries out assessments within organisations regarding leadership challenges. Exploring - together with the business - what can be done to optimally transform the organisation and make full use of available qualities. Her way of analysing and reporting is reflective and thorough.

Mariëlle joined Odgers Berndtson in 2019 as a Research Consultant within the Healthcare practice. Carrying out preliminary research and mapping out the current market. Building networks and finding the best leadership candidates. Prior to that she worked for several non-profit organisations and healthcare institutions during her studies.

Mariëlle has a Bachelor degree in Social Science and a Master degree in Organisational Psychology - both from Utrecht University.
