Mariëlle is an Associate Leadership Consultant across all practices within Odgers Berndtson. In her role she carries out assessments within organisations regarding leadership challenges. Exploring - together with the business - what can be done to optimally transform the organisation and make full use of available qualities. Her way of analysing and reporting is reflective and thorough.

Mariëlle joined Odgers Berndtson in 2019 as a Research Consultant within the Healthcare practice. Carrying out preliminary research and mapping out the current market. Building networks and finding the best leadership candidates. Prior to that she worked for several non-profit organisations and healthcare institutions during her studies.

Mariëlle has a Bachelor degree in Social Science and a Master degree in Organisational Psychology - both from Utrecht University.
