Chihoko Nito

Chihoko Nito is a Consultant based in Tokyo, supporting clients in Life Sciences, and Industrial sectors to build strong local management teams.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, she was engaged in Talent Acquisition management at two multinational Life Sciences and Medical Device companies. During her tenure, she contributed to the growth and transformation of the organizations by identifying talent for all levels and functions, from senior management to experts, in commercial, operational and scientific fields. She has knowledge and a track record in Biotechnology, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, and Health Tech sectors.

Prior to that, Chihoko was a retained executive search consultant for over ten years at two major global firms, mainly in Life Science and Industrial sectors.  She supported multinational and domestic companies to identify and appoint their leadership executive roles across all functions.

She originally started her career in a US financial company in Tokyo.
