Odgers Berndtson expands FinTech capabilities
We’ve expanded our FinTech capabilities in the UK, following growing demand from our clients in digital payments, financial technology, and early-stage businesses for top-tier leadership candidates.
Sejal Mehta joins Odgers Berndtson to lead in these critical areas.
Sejal will operate out of the UK financial services practice, focusing on leadership appointments in payments, market infrastructure, and digital assets. She has a wealth of experience in these areas, having spent the past 20 years working in financial services strategy consulting, analytics, digital innovation, and business transformation.
Sejal began her career at McKinsey, before moving to PA Consulting where she led financial services within its strategy practice for 12 years. Her most recent roles include director of partnerships at Fluidly and prior to that, director for digital innovation at HSBC. For most of her career, Sejal has focused on leading various technological innovations in FS by establishing partnerships between banks and FinTechs. She has also advised several FinTech and digital assets founders as a business model expert.
