Sascha Hackstein is the co-founder and managing partner at Berndtson Interim.

With over 10 years of experience in interim management and more than 20 years of management experience in international and medium-sized companies, he has extensive expertise in the areas of corporate development, strategic realignment, programs to increase efficiency and cost optimisation as well as tasks along the entire value chain - from product development to manufacturing through to optimizations in sales.

Through his numerous leadership positions in different corporate structures - from functional and divisional to matrix-organised companies - Sascha Hackstein has developed a deep understanding of how companies position themselves successfully in a wide variety of market phases, both in stagnating and in times of growth. These experiences ultimately led him to develop tailor-made interim solutions with Berndtson Interim that support companies in critical phases by providing experienced managers.
