Dr. Franziska Dietz

Dr Franziska Dietz is a partner at Odgers Berndtson and head of the Leadership Advisory division in Germany.

She is an expert in the areas of leadership assessment, leadership development and coaching, in which she has advised clients across all industries for over 15 years. Dr Franziska Dietz has gained her wide-ranging experience in various well-known consulting firms. After starting out in strategic consulting (The Boston Consulting Group), she took on a leading role at the Cologne Institute for Management Consulting, focusing on client projects for the selection and development of executives as well as the support of change processes. Dr Franziska Dietz is a graduate psychologist and completed her doctorate in motivational psychology at the University of Mannheim.
