Odgers Berndtson Canada Expands Presence in Vancouver with the Appointment of Talent Expert and HR Leader Hermina Khara
Odgers Berndtson Canada, the country’s premier integrated leadership advisory firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Hermina Khara as Partner within the firm’s Executive Search Practice in Vancouver, effective February 26, 2024.
Hermina brings extensive experience and expertise in all facets of HR. Earlier in her career, she worked in talent acquisition at a variety of companies in Western Canada before co-founding her own recruitment agency. She joins Odgers Berndtson Canada after having held HR roles of increasing responsibility at Alida between 2013 and 2023, culminating in her appointment as Senior Vice President, People & Culture. In this capacity, Hermina led Alida’s human resources strategy across 14 countries and played a pivotal role in reshaping the transformational agenda of this global company.
