Executive search leader and former human resources executive Guy Archambault joins Odgers Berndtson, bringing additional expertise to the firm’s outstanding team in Montréal.

Guy advises clients on recruiting and developing leadership capability in alignment with corporate strategies and objectives, with a focus on the Financial Services and Professional Services sectors in Quebec.

Before undertaking a career in executive search, Guy Archambault was Chief Human Resources Officer at Fiera Capital Corporation, a prominent Canadian asset management firm. He also served for more than a decade as Senior Vice-President, Human Resources and Talent Management at PSP Investments, one of Canada's largest pension investment managers.
