Sector Expert and Executive Search Professional, Hei Wai Kwan Joins Odgers Berndtson Financial Services Practice

Odgers Berndtson is pleased to announce that Ms. Hei Wai Kwan has joined the firm as a Partner in the Financial Services Practice. Ms. Kwan brings over 25 years of global experience in financial services, strategy consulting, and executive search to the firm.

Throughout her career, Ms. Kwan has held senior roles with Bank of Montreal, CIBC, and The Boston Consulting Group. More recently, she built a reputation in executive recruitment working with Spencer Stuart and a boutique executive search firm where she specialized in insurance, pension plans, banking, asset/wealth management and alternative investments.

Ms. Kwan is a Chartered Financial Analyst, holds an MBA from INSEAD, and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Toronto. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese; and is proficient in Japanese and French.
