Odgers Berndtson appoints experienced HR executive and broadens its recruitment expertise in the financial services sector
Odgers Berndtson is pleased to announce that Joanne Agius has joined the firm as a Principal in the Financial Services Practice. Joanne brings 20 years of experience in the financial services sector and an in-depth knowledge of the talent management cycle including recruitment, onboarding, assessment, development, and succession planning. Her experience in HR leadership includes several large-scale transformation projects and culture change initiatives.

Joanne will work closely with Hei Wai Kwan, a Partner in Odgers Berndtson’s Financial Services Practice, assisting clients with their executive leadership needs in all industry areas including across global alternative asset management/private equity, pension plans, insurance, wealth management, banking and capital markets, and fintech organizations.
