Odgers Berndtson Announces the Expansion of Their National Leadership Advisory Practice by Welcoming Dr. Joanna Kraft, as Partner and Head of Succession and Development 

Calgary, Alberta – Odgers Berndtson, Canada’s largest integrated leadership advisory firm is thrilled to welcome Dr. Joanna Kraft as Partner and Head of Succession and Development – an area identified as a critical strategic priority for Canadian businesses. Joanna will join the firm’s Leadership Advisory Practice, which provides expertise in Executive Succession & Development, Executive & Team Coaching, and Board & CEO Alignment.

Before joining Odgers Berndtson, Joanna was a North American Assessment Practice Lead at a large global talent consulting company where she helped expand its assessment practice. Joanna led a team of assessors which she coached and mentored using the same techniques and approaches she recommends to clients. Her experience also includes a role as an Organizational Psychology Consultant for a boutique consulting firm in Toronto and as an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant for a multinational home improvement retail corporation.
