Systemic Team Coaching provides a much-needed vehicle for senior teams to develop their collective leadership, create greater value for their stakeholders and transform their wider business eco-system.

Traditional team development programs often overlook the most important factors for sustained team performance - namely, how the team works together to create value for and with its stakeholders. Our approach to team development, using Systemic Team Coaching, uses a future-back method to help Board, CEOs and senior teams ensure that they meet the needs of their internal and external stakeholders.

Based on the Five Disciplines of Team Performance, team coaching will help the CEO and senior team work across these critical areas:

  • Better understanding who the team serves and how this aligns with the wider organization objectives
  • Clarifying the team's collective purpose and core objectives
  • Improving how the team works together and manages team dynamics
  • Ensuring the team connects effectively with its external stakeholders
  • Embedding core learning as a team development process

Most team coaching and development journeys require 6 to 12 months. However a team can start with an upfront assessment of its capabilities and gaps in order to generate initial insights.
