- LeaderFit Benchmark Assessment: Ideal for developmental initiatives and onboarding processes. Our standard assessment is an automatically generated report based on responses to online psychometric tests (most often the Hogan Suite of Personality) which provide insights into an individual’s natural leadership tendencies, stress behaviours, and key drivers.
- LeaderFit Benchmark Plus Assessment: Optimal choice for discerning hiring suitability or identifying potential for career advancement. This includes online psychometric tests and a 90-minute structured behavioural interview conducted by a seasoned assessor, exploring the participant’s background, leadership achievements, competencies, and aspirations. The findings are compiled into a custom report highlighting key themes.
- LeaderFit Benchmark Complete Assessment: Our most comprehensive assessment is designed for high-stake scenarios, such as pivotal selection decisions or senior leadership evaluations. It includes online psychometric tests (including measures of problem solving and decision-making), a 3-hour interactive session with a business case simulation and a structured behavioural interview. Multiple assessors are involved in developing a holistic picture of performance and potential. A detailed custom report with ongoing development recommendations is provided.
- LeaderFit 360 Assessment: Ideal for developmental initiatives and follow-up assessments. The 360 assessment is designed to gain insight into a participant’s reputation based on feedback from multiple raters. This automatically generated report is based on raters’ responses to an online survey that is aligned to our LeaderFit model. The survey includes two Likert rating scales and invites rich, open-ended comments.
