Carlos has worked for 20 years as an Information Technology executive at Whirlpool / Embraco and 16 years as an HR Executive at Whirlpool, Universal Fitness da Amazônia / Athletic and at Pharmaceutical Prati Donaduzzi.

He has a degree in Data Processing from UTESC - Union of Schools of Technology of Santa Catarina and a Bachelor degree in Law from UCE in Joinville, with a postgraduate degree in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and Management of Organizational Behavior from UNICEMP - Universidade Positivo .

In consulting, he worked at LHH and C-Level Executive Boutique. He is a board member certified by IBGC (2013) and specialized in Change Management and transition and succession.
