Since joining the business in 2010, Grant has played a pivotal role in the global expansion of the interim management division. He has successfully built an exceptional consulting team across the UK, Canada and the USA, comprising members with board-level and senior management experience across diverse market sectors and disciplines.
Grant began his career in the financial services sector before joining a global recruitment company in 1999. Over the next decade, he held various management positions in banking, finance, marketing, and sales teams in both the UK and the USA. He notably launched the Recruitment Process Outsourcing division, securing and managing high-value contracts with leading investment banks. Prior to joining Odgers Interim, Grant was responsible for the London operation of a US-owned global recruitment business.
As Global Chief Marketing Officer for Odgers Berndtson, Grant continues to deliver exceptional value to clients worldwide and enhance the global presence of the Odgers group.
Beyond his professional achievements, Grant is deeply committed to giving back to the community. With a passion for nurturing young talent, Grant is a driving force behind various initiatives that empower and inspire the next generation. He works with social mobility charities and uses this platform to actively mentor and provide career advice to young adults in schools and colleges.
