Alina is responsible for new client acquisition, relationship development with FMCG and retail companies, and banking and education sectors. Alina specializes in executive search for Finance Directors, Commercial Directors and Marketing Executives. Additionally, Alina has a successful track record in managing salary and motivation system research projects for the banking and retail sectors in Ukraine and Europe, as well as diversity and inclusion studies.
Before joining Odgers Berndtson Ukraine in 2021, she worked for 3 years at a recruitment agency and was responsible for closing commercial and marketing positions.
Alina has a master’s degree in media management and administration from the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” and an international Hogan Assessment Certification.
