Madhulika Srivastav

Madhulika joined Odgers Berndtson in March 2022. Based out of Bangalore, she will be reporting into the New Delhi office.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, she was working with a leading consulting firm for three years and was the part of their Automotive and Aerospace team. 

She began her career in 2012 with an executive search firm where she worked for four years and was responsible for mid, senior and leadership hirings for non-technical roles focusing on the Automotive and Industrial verticals. She has also handled international searches as well. She then went to work for a boutique executive search firm working on CXO level hirings for start-ups, E-commerce, Fin-tech and various manufacturing clients. Madhulika is experienced in end-to-end recruitment process including leading extensive research, talent mapping, candidate assessments and client & candidate management.

Madhulika holds a Master’s degree in HR from Sikkim Manipal University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi Technical University, Bhopal.
