Amit Seth

Amit is a Senior Associate with Odgers Berndtson based in Mumbai. He is a member of the firm’s Industrial practice specializing in senior- level leadership searches across Manufacturing, Infrastructure, EPC and Real Estate sectors.

He comes with a wealth of executive search expertise, having established and co-led the Industrial and Infrastructure practice at leading executive search firms. He has successfully placed leaders in key general and functional leadership roles across a spectrum of Indian and multinational organizations.

In his previous role as a search and selection partner at the world’s largest Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) in the renewable energy sector, Amit was instrumental in attracting, recruiting and cultivating the talent pool for critical and confidential positions worldwide, with a keen emphasis on diversity.

Prior to his foray into executive search, he honed his skills in sales and customer service at prominent multinational financial institutions.

Currently, he is pursuing an Executive Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. He has done his Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Mumbai. Additionally, he is a certified Hogan practitioner, underscoring his commitment to excellence in leadership assessment and development.
