Freddie Dennis is Head of the Schools Practice. He has led senior leadership searches for a wide range of independent, maintained and international schools.
In the UK, Freddie has helped find Heads for over fifty HMC and GSA schools, whilst internationally he has worked with schools across Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and Asia.
Before joining Odgers Berndtson, Freddie spent nine years in the British Army where he served as an Officer in The Royal Gurkha Rifles. Freddie graduated from Queen Mary, University of London with a BA in Modern History and also has an MA in South East Asian Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies. He is an HMC Governor of Lancing College.
