Rosanne Ferrari

Rosanne is a consultant and specialises in C-Level and director positions, with a focus on Sales, Marketing, Operations, Strategy, Finance and Transformation. In this role she’s committed to finding the right match for both the candidate and the company. She asks insightful and thought-provoking questions, then sharing ideas and opportunities for growth. She helps organisations delve deep into their challenges, until they identify the very heart of their issue. This saves time and produces more sustainable outcomes.  

Rosanne came to Odgers Berndtson in 2022, bringing with her a solid track record. As an operations manager at SeatMe/IENS (now Tripadvisor), she experienced the transition from start-up to multinational. She rose through the ranks at Michael Page, climbing from consultant to manager of banking & financial services in six years. 

Rosanne has a bachelor's degree in economics. She’s an ambassador for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) and speaks the language of Generation Z. Her enormous drive to help others succeed isn’t limited to her professional life. In her spare time, she competes on the padel court with friends. Rosanne lives in Wassenaar with her partner and two kids.
