Jemma Terry

Jemma is the Managing Partner of the Welsh Odgers Berndtson office and team, covering the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.

She has 20 years' search experience delivering executive, non-executive and senior management assignments across all functions from general management roles to highly specialist technical positions.

Jemma is a Member of the Prince's Trust Cymru Council; Governor of the University of South Wales; Director of the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama; Director of the Cardiff Business Club; a Member of the CBI Council for Wales and an Ambassador for Pembrokeshire, where she was born and raised.

Jemma spent 10 years in executive search in London prior to joining the Odgers Berndtson in 2006.
