Annabel Brimacombe

Annabel is a Consultant in the Board Practice at Odgers Berndtson, based in the London office.

Since joining in 2014, Annabel has worked on non-executive, executive and advisory board appointments across a broad range of sectors, including retail, technology, media, real estate, financial services, life sciences, extractives and manufacturing. She has experience of searching in the UK and internationally, and across various ownership structures, including private, listed, not-for-profit and private equity-backed businesses.

Annabel is actively engaged in the firm’s initiatives to improve diversity on boards, recognising that senior appointments should reflect the diversity of the society in which we live which in turn promotes a diversity of thought, perspective and outlook in boardroom discussions.

Her earlier career was spent in Australia as a behavioural therapist providing early intervention to children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental delays. She holds a BSc in Psychology from Curtin University.
