Matthew Toomla

Matthew Toomla is a Principal in Odgers Berndtson US’s Aerospace, Defence & National Security Practice.

In this role, Matthew uses his deep experience and expertise to deliver unmatched service to our clients and contribute to the growth of the practice. 

Matthew has over 12 years of executive search experience. He has spent his entire career working in the recruiting industry and has a strong track record of counselling clients through the entire search process – from research to execution.  

Matthew earned his bachelor’s of business administration at City University of New York’s Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business.
