Jane Harlen

Jane specialises in senior appointments across the education sector and heads the Odgers Berndtson Schools Practice in Australia.

Leading international searches for a wide range of universities, schools and other education-focused organisations, she partners with her clients, supporting them as they position themselves for the future by making informed and successful leadership appointments. She is experienced in advising Boards and Councils.

Prior to search, Jane held senior positions in London and Sydney, including for PwC and the BBC. She has experience in strategy, organisational transformation, change management and market positioning. A member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Jane has a Bachelor of Arts (honours) from the University of Warwick and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
