Kenny Chen

Kenny Chen has more than 15 years’ experience in the executive search industry since graduating with a Bachelor’s in Biochemistry from the University of Michigan Ann Arbor.

Kenny began his search career with a boutique search firm, where he focused on senior executive appointments in the Life Sciences and Research sectors in the Southeast Asia region. He then expanded his expertise to include Commercial, Manufacturing, R&D and Regulatory Affairs positions in Asia Pacific, China and Japan. Since joining Odgers Berndtson, he has successfully concluded several senior positions in the Higher Education, Academic and K-12 sectors as well as the Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices and Diagnostics sectors.

Prior to joining executive search, Kenny worked in Merck as a Product Manager focusing on the Universities, Academia and Hospitals segments of Singapore.
