Kostyantyn Golovin

Kostiantyn is a Partner, Head of IT & Digital, Telecom, and Education Practices at Odgers Berndtson Ukraine.

He is also responsible for business development and client relationship management across Central Asia and the Caucasus. Before joining Odgers Berndtson Ukraine, Kostiantyn worked as a Consultant at an international executive search company.

Kostyantyn has more than 15 years of professional experience within the Executive Search, Recruitment, and Consulting areas, including an extensive record of working as a Head of Recruitment for an international recruiting company in Almaty.

Kostiantyn actively contributes to a professional community and educational platform CIOneer by sharing his expertise and guiding participants through essential topics in career development and leadership.

Kostiantyn holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Sociology from the Bar-Ilan University, Israel. In addition to Ukrainian and Russian, he is fluent in Hebrew, English and French.
