Charlotte von der Planitz

Charlotte von der Planitz works for the Leadership Advisory practice at Odgers Berndtson. She is responsible for leadership assessments and leadership development as well as coaching and team development. Her cross-sector work is flanked by profound knowledge of the finance and professional services industries.  

Charlotte v.d. Planitz has been advising companies and managers on professional development topics for more than 20 years, with 12 years including profit & loss and management responsibility. Before joining Odgers Berndtson, she was a partner at Indigo Headhunters. There she built up the Coaching and Management Audit sector. In her previous positions, she focused on HR restructuring issues and business development.

Charlotte v.d. Planitz is a lawyer as well as an EBS-certified business coach and trained in various diagnostic personality methods. She lives with her husband and three children just outside Frankfurt.
