Colin Wong Appointed as Managing Partner for Odgers Berndtson Shanghai

Odgers Berndtson Asia Pacific is pleased to announce the promotion of Colin Wong to Managing Partner for Odgers Berndtson Shanghai, as of May 2023.

For the past 13 years, Colin has worked in Odgers Berndtson’s Hong Kong and Shanghai offices, with a focus on Industrial Sectors across the Greater China market. Colin has lived in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and Shanghai for 20 years and continues to advise local and multinational clients on their senior talent needs in China. 

Colin was promoted to Managing Partner of the Hong Kong office in 2021 and led the company through a transformation during the pandemic. In his new role as Managing Partner for Hong Kong and Shanghai offices, Colin will be responsible for driving growth in the Greater China market as one China team.

Commenting on his promotion, Colin Wong said,

I’m excited to manage the two offices I have worked in for over a decade and build upon the successes we have had in Greater China. We have a rich history in this market for over 20 years and our teams in both cities have contributed towards our achievements here.
