Piia-Noora Kauppi to start as a Partner of Odgers Berndtson Finland

Odgers Berndtson is an executive search and leadership consulting company with 64 offices in 33 countries. The company has been operating in Finland since 1990.

Says Kauppi.

Kauppi will move on to Odgers Berndtson from the role of Managing Director of Finance Finland, which she has held since 2009. In addition to the new duties, Kauppi will continue in her current Board positions at Gofore Oyj and UPM Kymmene Oyj and as Chairman of the SOS Children's Village Foundation.

Prior to Finance Finland, Kauppi was a member of the European Parliament for almost ten years and Chairman of the National Coalition Party European Parliament group. Kauppi holds Master of Laws degree and she has also studied economics both in Finland and abroad.

Sami Erviö, Patrik Kvikant and Samppa Nylund will continue as Partners and Jukka Lehtiluoto as a Senior Advisor at Odgers Berndtson's Helsinki office.
