Lyndi Retief

Lyndi Retief is a Consultant in the Cape Town office of Odgers Berndtson specialising in Financial Services, FinTech, Technology, Consumer and Retail sectors.

She has over thirteen years of combined experience in search, talent management and acquisition.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Lyndi consulted for Appoint Africa, a local affiliate to Odgers Berndtson and headed up talent acquisition teams in the technology and consulting sectors. She has successfully resourced entire project offices within Financial Services and has been instrumental in building technology teams for FinTech, Financial Services and Technology organisations.

Lyndi graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Management Marketing and holds a Project Management Diploma.
