Anand Holani

Anand is based out of Bangalore and is part of the Industrial Practice for the South & East regions.

In his earlier stint, he had worked with one of the world’s leading executive search franchises and subsequently moved to a global search firm in the capacity of senior engagement manager. In this role, he was primarily responsible for delivery & business development for the industrial sector, and also for a few technology & start-up clients. He has worked on board-level searches, led various senior appointments at CEO/ CXO level, and has also spearheaded cross-border assignments with global offices.

Prior to leadership consulting, Anand worked on various engineering and R&D projects in the UK, including one of world's leading aerospace corporations, and other major OEMs for six years, before moving back to India. He co-founded a pioneering aero start-up project in 2007, which received recognition from the former President of India and also received international media coverage.

Anand holds a Master’s degree from Cranfield University (UK) and a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from RV College of Engineering, Bangalore. He has completed his PRINCE2® (UK), Six Sigma (USA) certifications and Executive General Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIM-B). He is currently also a part of the Executive Committee of IIMB Alumni Association (IIMBAA). He is trained & certified in advance LeaderFit™ Assessment and accredited by Saville Wave International.
