Luciana Azevedo

Luciana is a Partner and Head of Leadership Advisroy at Odgers Berndtson's Brazilian office and has been working in executive search and professional services dedicated to human capital, since 1998.

She has worked in executive search as a Consultant in FESA Global Recruiters.

Luciana has a graduate degree in Law from the Universidade Estadual Paulista – UNESP and a MBA from the FGV - Fundação Getúlio Vargas. She is certified in psychometric assessments such as MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator), PDA (Personal Development Analysis), Hogan Assessment and is certified as Executive Coaching and Life Coaching by the Integrated Coaching Institute.
