Henry Miller

Henry Miller is a Partner & Chairman of the Global Life Sciences Practice.

He assists in identifying impactful key executives for high-level board, general management, commercial, operational, financial, and technical roles. Henry has successfully led global assignments in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Germany, France, China, the Philippines, Japan, Mexico, and Brazil, among others.

Mr. Miller spent nearly a decade at a top 10 global firm, leading their Global Life Science Practice and serving on the Management Committee. He began his 28-year career in executive search working in London, Munich and the United States in various leadership positions with international professional service organizations. Henry is a graduate of Rider University with a B.S. in Management & Organizational Behavior. Outside the firm, he currently serves on the boards of Glycadia Pharmaceuticals and Eluna, a non-profit organization supporting families and children impacted by grief and/or addiction where he heads the development committee.
