With more than 15 years of experience, Tom Mutch joins the Public Sector and Education practices specialising in senior executive and board appointments across Australia and New Zealand. Tom has worked with several global and domestic Australian clients and prides himself on being open, insightful and candid.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Tom worked for a large Australian search firm as a Partner covering federal, state and local government as well as forming part of the firm’s Financial Services and Board Practices.
