Helen is a seasoned Executive Search professional with seventeen years’ experience across the UK and Ireland. Her specialist expertise lies in managing complex executive search mandates for a diverse range of public, FTSE, and ISEQ listed companies. 

During her time at Odgers Berndtson in London, Helen played a crucial role in supporting Chief Executive, Board, and Chair appointments across various public sectors like Central Government, the Arts, and Education. Notably, she established and led their CSR Team, demonstrating her commitment to ethical and sustainable business practices, and actively participated in the Diversity Council, highlighting her dedication to fostering inclusive workplaces. 

In 2009, Helen relocated to Ireland, initially as a freelance researcher before transitioning to a senior role within the Odgers Berndtson Irish team. Her keen eye for talent allows her to identify and engage high-calibre individuals for senior executive and board positions across diverse sectors, including public, private, and non-profit. Her track record boasts numerous successful high-profile appointments, particularly within C-Suite and Board levels. 

Leveraging her strong connections with the Odgers Berndtson global network, Helen manages international research requests for the Irish office. Furthermore, she, along with the Irish research team, actively fosters relationships with the Irish diaspora, facilitating the return of several senior executives back to Ireland.
