Wladmir Silva is Partner of Odgers Berndtson's business in Singapore. He specialises in senior roles in the Consumer Retail sector. Wlad has lived in Asia since 2011, having lived and worked in Sao Paulo, New York, London, Hong Kong and Singapore. During this time, he has built up an extensive international professional network. Wlad has more than 20 years of experience in management consulting and business development.
Before joining Odgers Berndtson, he was working for a management consultancy specialised in commercial negotiations based in the UK. He then relocated to Hong Kong and later to Singapore, being responsible for operations in South East Asia with an emphasis on client focus and building long term relationships. During this time, he worked heavily within the Consumer, FMCG, Banking and Professional Services sectors, among others.
Earlier in his career, Wlad worked for Mercedes-Benz, Fiat and Prudential Financial in regional sales and marketing roles, managing relationships with key clients and governments. He is multilingual with an MBA from Cranfield University in the UK and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from UPE in Brazil.
