Tim Baker is a Consultant in the HR Practice of Odgers Berndtson and focuses on the recruitment of senior HR professionals, primarily into Financial Services, Media and Technology organisations. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Tim spent two years with Berwick Partners and before that, worked as part of the management team for a leading, global, HR recruitment business; leading their Commerce & Industry division. Tim has a track-record in placing senior HR professionals into companies across FTSE250, SME and owner-managed businesses. With responsibility for recruiting HR Directors and Business Partners, Tim also recruits for specialists across Talent & Development, Organisational Design, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits and roles in HR Systems. He graduated with a degree in Law from Nottingham Trent University.
