Sam Colt joined the Not-for-Profit Practice of Odgers Berndtson in 2007, based in the London office. She focuses on senior executive and board director recruitment across the not-for-profit sector and is Head of the Arts, Culture and Heritage Practice. Recent clients include V&A, Natural History Museum, Shakespeare's Globe and English Heritage. Sam's background encompasses the public and private sectors. She joined Odgers from a leading specialist media and entertainment search firm where she worked at the public/ private interface, developing the digital media practice and establishing an arts and culture practice. Prior to this she worked for a major public sector search firm again often moving people cross-sector. Previously, Sam spent five years running her own search business specialising in digital media and technology. Sam started her recruitment career working for a leading financial recruitment business prior to which she spent a brief period in the City. She graduated from Leeds University with an honours degree in Economics and Accounting. Sam is a member of the Arts Advisory Board for CW+: The Art + Science of Patient Care.
