Nick Claridge joined Odgers Berndtson in 2006 and is a Partner in the Consumer Practice. Nick specialises in working with food & beverage manufacturers of private label and branded products. His particular area of search expertise includes commercial, marketing, manufacturing and general management at Board level. His clients include the full range of plc, private and PE owned businesses. Requirements in the current economic climate include improved manufacturing and supply chain effectiveness, innovation, the continued drive for top line growth and a well managed cost base.
The foodservice sector and niche consumer products are also areas of interest. Prior to joining Odgers, Nick led the search division for an international recruitment firm. Nick is a Graduate in Applied Social Science, specialising in criminology and deviancy. He attended university at Nottingham and spent an additional year on the east coast of America in the undergraduate School of Law Enforcement and Juvenile Justice.
