Alex Hamilton-Baily is a Partner in the Not-for-Profit practice. Based in London, Alex joined the firm in March 2006. He works with non-profits of all sizes, particularly where there is a requirement to appoint executives and Board members from the private sector. Alex has led searches for the most senior executives for clients such as the National Gallery, Cancer Research UK, the National Trust and the Royal Collection.
Alex worked in industry in the Financial Services sector before, fifteen years ago, beginning his search career. He has worked exclusively with non-profits for the last nine with a sectoral specialism in Learned Societies, Professional Bodies and Trade Associations. Alex retains his strong interest in industry, and works closely with commercial Partners to find exceptional talent for the non-profit sector. This cross-sector specialism has led Alex to lead on many of our searches of national importance where breadth of expertise and creativity is required. Alex was educated at University College London and is a Member of the CIPD. He is a Trustee of Penny Brohn Cancer Care and chairs the Remuneration & Appointments Committee.
