Emanuel Pfister

Emanuel Pfister has been with Odgers Berndtson since 2014 and works for clients in Germany and Switzerland.

He recruits executives for the automotive supplier industry, automotive and truck OEMs as well as for Industrial-Tech companies. He is leading the Global Automotive Practice and the Industrial Practice Germany.

He gained his first experience in executive search during his studies and moved  in 2010 to a well-known consultant company where he was responsible for executive search projects in the industry and automotive sectors.

After completing a technical apprenticeship in Switzerland, Emanuel studied Politics, Sociology and Modern German Literature. He holds an M.A. from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich.
