Adam Fairbrother

Adam Fairbrother is a Partner with Odgers Berndtson based in the UAE. He is Head of Aerospace, Defence & Security for MENA and also a member of the Global Industrial Practice. 

He brings extensive experience of leading International, Board, Operations, Commercial and General Management searches. Adam re-joined Odgers Berndtson earlier this year following three years at CAE Defence & Security, a leading Defence Training Systems Integrator, as Managing Director Middle East where he gained valuable ‘client-side’ experience. 

He originally joined Odgers Berndtson in 2005, working from both the London and Birmingham offices. Between 2010 and 2015 he was based in Shanghai as Managing Partner for China and Vietnam. His search career began in 2000 with another leading executive search firm, progressing through the research function to become a Senior Associate in its Industrial Practice. Earlier he served in the British Army for six years with the Green Howards. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Theology from King's College London.
