John McCullough

John is a Partner in Odgers Berndtson Dublin and has more than 30 years’ experience at the highest levels of senior executive recruitment. 

John has worked with most of Ireland’s leading corporations and organisations. While over the years working across all senior executive functions and industry sectors he has particular expertise at the CEO, CFO and Commercial Director levels. He has worked across a diverse range of industries and sectors from aviation through manufacturing to education. He has a particular interest in the Life Sciences and Agribusiness sectors.

John has a BA Psychology from UCD and initially worked for the Industrial Development Authority of Ireland in its Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Division. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson John headed up the Executive Search and Selection Division for KPMG in Ireland.
