Kristen Ayres is responsible for managing operations activities for Odgers Berndtson Canada from their headquarters in Toronto. This includes managing facilities across the country and day to day operations for the business. Kristen also oversees special events, sponsorship programs and the training and implementation of software, process and systems improvements. One of the benchmark programs that Kristen oversees is the National CEOx1Day program, now in its 8th year, this program gives 3rd or 4th year post-secondary students and future leaders an opportunity to participate and seek leadership and insights from CEO’s and Leaders across the Nation. Most recently, Kristen played an integral part in the Odgers Berndtson move and expansion and COVID-19 emergency planning and workplace strategy.
Kristen has a deep knowledge of Odgers Berndtson's services, including executive and board search; interim executive search; and leadership assessment, coaching, and development. With more than 13 years with the company, she’s also helped to launch, develop and grow the Leadership Advisory Practice and Odgers Interim. Prior to her current role, Kristen was our National Client Delivery Manager and supported our Global Leadership Practice worldwide. Her commitment to Odgers Berndtson is evident by her strong client relationships across various industries and sectors.
Before her time at Odgers Berndtson, Kristen was a Communications Specialist with Walt Disney World Canada and a Marketing Coordinator with Coca-Cola Ltd.
