Victor is responsible for managing complex projects in the area of leadership capability building, HiPo development and succession management for Russian and international organizations. His main interests and specialization include design and implementation of leadership development programs, facilitation of team sessions, individual and team assessment and development and executive coaching. Being a member of National Association of Independent Directors, Victor works closely with Odgers Berndtson Board & Corporate Governance practice in assessment and development of board members.
Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson in 2014, Victor ran his own independent executive coaching and leadership development business for three years, collaborating with such organizations as PwC and Center for Creative Leadership.
Victor’s seven-year corporate experience is based on his work with BP, a major multinational oil and gas company. His roles included membership in the team of Senior Group Vice-President in the corporate headquarters in London; involvement in a multi-billion dollar divestment of assets in Kazakhstan (~US$2bln); coordination of BP group financial forecasting and reporting process in Russia and management of the relationships with key stakeholders In Russia, including public and government authorities, partners, communities and media on the Sakhalin Island.
