Julie McKeen

Based in London, Jules McKeen leads senior appointments across the media landscape. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Jules held management positions in the media industry, including running pan European business for Lowe and as Group Marketing Director of TBWA UKI Group, and in executive search, where her specialism was leading C suite searches for hybrid marketing talent for European media and consumer businesses.

Jules has also founded two D2C businesses as well as advising startup and scale up businesses in NLP insights, healthcare, social and content. She is a mentor and advisor for technology startups at accelerator programme Techstars London, a coach for the influential London-based not-for-profit Creative Equals and a member of the Royal Television Society’s EEE committee. She sits on the Advisory Board for LGBTQIA+ healthtech startup LVNDR.

Brought up in the UK and the US, Julie holds a First class BA in English literature and French from the University of Sheffield / Universite de Bordeaux.
