Chania Stempowski is the joint Managing Director of Odgers Berndtson for Sub-Saharan Africa, where she advises clients on leadership appointments across industries and functions.

She leads the Retail & Consumer practice for Sub-Saharan Africa and actively participates in the firm’s financial management practice.

Before entering the search industry, Chania spent several years abroad working in the financial services and insurance sector. She completed her articles and qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PWC.
