Ed is managing partner of Odgers Berndtson Netherlands where he is always looking for ways to progress and innovate - together with the team - in order to continue playing a significant part in the world of Executive Search. He also leads the Leadership Services practice, being a trusted advisor to a number of organisations in business services, media, energy, telecom and technical service providers. Adding value by connecting them with leadership talent that fits the organisation’s way of thinking, their mission and vision.

Before joining Odgers Berndtson in 2007, Ed was a member of the House of Representatives (Tweede Kamer) in the Netherlands. Responsible for the Social Affairs & Employment and Sports portfolios. Prior to that, he held various management roles within General Electric Commercial Finance, including Sales & Marketing Director Benelux.

Ed is a chartered accountant. Living with his family in the South of the Netherlands where he cycles and runs. He is also a keen photographer.
