Scott Clark

Scott Clark is a Partner leading C-suite and senior management searches for Odgers Berndtson clients in the Infrastructure, Transportation, Energy and Renewables sectors. He has a track record of successfully placing executive leaders in evolving and emerging industries.

Scott has over 25 years of experience in executive search and talent acquisition leadership. Over the course of his career he has successfully executed or managed executive searches in numerous industries including Infrastructure, Engineering, Construction, Industrial Goods & Services, and Natural Resources & Alternative Energy.  

He began his career in recruiting at a small, boutique executive search firm in Atlanta specializing in the environmental, engineering and construction industry. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at a well-known international executive search firm. He also led talent acquisition at AMEC for all Operating Units in the Americas region, including Environment & Infrastructure, Power & Process, Oil & Gas, and Mining businesses from Canada to South America.

Scott earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with an emphasis in Finance from Auburn University.
