Sally Drexler

Sally Drexler is a Partner in Odgers Berndtson’s Los Angeles office and member of the Consumer, Media, Technology and HR Practice. She has over 18 years of international experience in executive search specializing in digital, retail, travel and leisure, as well as media and entertainment. She has extensive experience in recruiting Board Members, Chairmen, CEO’s, COO’s, CIO’s, CHRO’s, Managing Directors, Innovation Leaders and Digital Executives.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, she was the President of Norman Broadbent USA and Co-Lead of the Global Chief Digital Officer Practice. Her career began as legal counsel in the media industry, holding positions within one of the major UK broadcasters as well as a leading independent production company. She is an involved member of Step-Up Women’s Network, a national not-for-profit organization that mentors and works with high school girls in underserved communities, and an inaugural member of Allbright USA, a network and community connecting women in business. 

Sally was born and educated in the UK, graduating from the University of Manchester with BA (Hons) and receiving an LLB degree (Commendation) from the College of Law in London.
