Ron Woessner

Head, U.S. Agribusiness/Food Practice Minneapolis

Ron Woessner is the Head of the U.S. Agribusiness/Food Practice and Co-Head of the Private Equity Practice based in Odgers Berndtson’s Minneapolis office. He focuses on C-suite and board searches with concentrations in industrial, agribusiness/food, venture capital/private equity, consumer products, and financial management.

Ron began his retained search career as founder and CEO of Woessner & Associates, where he built a search practice with a reputation for premium quality work and relentless pursuit of “the perfect fit” for his clients. Subsequently, he served as Managing Partner of DHR International and a global boutique.

A Certified Public Accountant, Ron began his career at Deloitte, before joining CHS, now the world’s largest grain, fertilizer and feed cooperative.

Ron was a founding Board Member of the MinuteClinic, Inc., a member of the University of St. Thomas Alumni Board, a Hill-Murray Foundation Board Governor, and has served as an officer of several not-for-profit and community associations. He is a member of the Minneapolis Club.

He holds a BS and a MA from the University of St. Thomas.
